The Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, in partnership with BPI and the ”la Caixa” Foundation, launch today the Observatory of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in Portuguese companies.
“The objective of this Observatory is to monitor the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda by monitoring a representative group of large and medium-sized Portuguese companies and publishing an Annual Report”, explains in a statement Filipe Santos, Dean of Católica Lisbon.
Filipe Santos also adds that this Observatory will also be responsible for organizing a forum for the debate and dissemination of the SDGs, sharing good business practices and inspiring more sustainable strategies.
The implementation of the Observatory will be the responsibility of the Center for Responsible Business & Leadership of the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
Its launch will take place during the opening ceremony of SDG Week, organized by the Center for Responsible Business & Leadership, at 2:00 pm, in auditorium 511 of the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
